Delivery

All order are despatched from our warehouse in Wetherill Park or from our manufacturers warehouses. Orders cannot be picked up unless you have a trade account with us.

Orders over $199 are shipped free of charge to one location Australia-Wide. For orders less than $199, postage will start at a low $9.90.

Address

Goods can only be delivered to physical addresses. We do not deliver to po boxes, locked bags or parcel lockers. If delivery address is a residential unit, please ensure the courier does have access.

We recommend you supply an address where someone will be present to accept the parcel.

Handling Time

Goods are dispatched from our warehouse within 1 to 7 Business days (1-2 days if stock is readily available in warehouse, or 2-7 business days if we need to get the stock in from another warehouse, we always recommend allowing up to 7 business days for handling and to keep that in mind).

Due to the shear nature and quantities of orders processed daily, we will only contact you should the stock be longer than 7 business days to obtain.

Business days are Monday-Friday, counted from the next business day of your purchase date.

Tracking

All goods shipped will have a tracking number which will be emailed to track parcel.

We reserve the right to choose the courier of choice to deliver goods. This can either be Fastway Couriers, Australia Post or a specialised courier dependent on the goods being delivered.

Once goods have been dispatched from our warehouse, transit times are completely out of our control. Please ensure you use the tracking number to locate the status of your goods.
